Actually not listened to it that much recently... wasn't 100% keen after the first few listens (in comparison to previous albums, amputechture being my favourite)

Definitely deserves some more tries, which I shall give it soon.

I don't actually mind at all, it's just that when I said I had bought TMV's BiG in this thread some guy spazzed out and said I'd put it in the wrong thread.

So if people are going to take me up on it then I'm going to do the same for you

Actually, I was being sarcastic...making fun of how big of a deal we've made over the recent purchases threads and such. But that's okay :P

Merciless Death - Evil in the Night

Oh and here is a nice message on the booklet:

Much Hate to the following: Posers, Emo Kids, Nu-Metal Fags, Thrash Haters, People too cool to get into it at a show, Non-Thrash Thrash Bands (Legion of Death é Rattlehead), people who think Metallica & Megadeth are gods, People who prefer Pantera over Razor, Death Metal & Hardcore Kids who dont know how to Circle Pit - Fuck Off!, People with the Reeboks High-Tops that shouldnt have them, Overkills two guitarists at the Whisky - you were dicks! Fuck you! Nu-Metal bands who steal old Thrash bands logos, the emo band called Onslaught - Change your fuckin name, Sound guys that change Dans Amp settings, Valencia High kids who hang out at In & Out, Jason Kivi - still havent gotten our first demo; Catch AIDS and die soon!

Bands and people that say this shit are the biggest posers out there.

Meh...

I still like the album, I just laughed when I read it. But on the negative side, I lost a little respect for them about the Metallica and Megadeth comments.

Oh and my tankard DVD came in today.

Tankard - Fat Ugly and still (A)live

Well, who cares if band members are idiots? Is the music good? That's all that matters. Unless the band fucks your girlfriend or something.

Very true. And yes I think the music is good, so that is all that matters. To the best of my knowledge no fucking has occurred between any member of Merciless Death and a girl who happens to be a friend of mine.

I was wondering about something. There are loads of Movie and TV series boxes, containing all films or seasons of a series. Are there any music records comparison? I'd love to have complete discography in a neat set from some bands.

A couple of bands have a double package of two albums, Coheed And Cambria for one. Only decent band I can think of who do though.

i know Esoteric are planning a 10-LP vinyl version of their complete discography. i think Led Zeppelin did something like that too. those are all i can think of.

bought today:
Dismember - Indecent & Obscene
Morbid Angel - Altars of Madness
Kylesa - Time Will Fuse It's Worth
Gone - Gone II: But Never Too Gone

the last two are close enough to metal

It is an awesome DVD, actually one of the best in my music DVD collection. The only problem is that Gerre is a big guy, so he gets tired pretty quick. His actions dont show that he is tired, but his singing does. He slurs a lot of shit, but I am sure the beer helps with that. But yeah the DVD is awesome, I love near the end after he takes his shirt off, hes standing there all sweaty this big fat guy scrathin his belly singing Empty Tankard. Its fuckin awesome. Plus I have never seen a singer stage dive so much, Its funny watchin the corwd trying to support his weight. At the end of the show the bass player also goes for a dive.

So all in all, get the damn DVD it is awesome.

And I got this in the mail today:

Realm - Endless War

Listening to it now, friggin awesome.

Yeah, but they're generally limited and so cost lots.

RP:
Sunn O))) - Flight Of The Behemoth
Sunn O))) - Presents... Pentemple
Emperor - Emperor/Wrath Of The Tyrant Special Edition (gorgeous package! Almost good enough to buy everything again!)
Pelican - Pelican
Enslaved - Eld
Watain - Rabid Death's Curse
Watain - Casus Luciferi
Merrimack - Of Entropy And Life Denial
Leviathan - The Tenth Sublevel Of Suicide
Nirvana - In Utero
Rotting Christ - Passage To Arcturo/Non Serviam re-release
Erik Hinds - Reign In Blood

I'll try and do most of them, if I can. That Emperor, Enslaved, and Rotting Christ are all classics, and the others are pretty good too.

Zad is so awesome, Zad has such great taste in music.

Opeth-Watershed Special Edition

Hoping the packaging is as lovely as the Ghost Reveries one. What happened to that cover of Would? they had planned?

Bah!

Turns out Would? ended up as a vinyl only bonus track, instead of being on the special edition.
