What the fuck is going on with all these damn tornadoes? I was in this one yesterday http://www.usatoday.com/weather/storms/ ... titialskip
My neighborhood was without power for about 18 hours. But worst of all, after the storm I walked around the neighborhood and there were trees 8 ft. in diameter on their sides. Btw, I have pictures of all this, but I have to figure out how to get them off my phone.
Anyway, why are all these storms hitting at such a high number?? I have never experienced anything like this before.

Fuck that, I'm glad I'm in England. It might be grey and wet all year round but atleast we don't get fucking terrifying extremes like that.

I read a few weaks ago that we are about to enter a period of 10 years where global tempeture will drop(!). So you might experience this less in the coming years. Tornados are created above and below equator in waters above 26-27 degrees... so maybe, if prediction is true, that is.

either that... or move to denmark. You can stay at my place... I have a Xbox360, a ps2 and a nintendo wii and lots of music and movies  ... i'm sure I can find a tent for your wife and a nice spot in the park 4 km away from my crib.

Yeah dude the storm was crazy. Everything was fine then all hell broke loose for maybe 30 minutes and we were without power for about 18 hours as well. It sucks because I work online, so I missed out on a bit of work but thankfully I was able to haul my laptop to a friends place.

The power was restored before my shift today thankfully, but a lot of places are still without power and there's street lights out everywhere. The debris isn't nearly as bad today but yesterday it was insane man.

I love this kind of weather, but holy shit... it has been constant this year.

Yeah the storms this year have been really frequent and really brutal.

I'm sure we've got a few more coming for sure.

It's the end of the world soon, mate.

Well I think other parts of the world are being hit as well, not tornadoes but different forms of calamities.

Malaysia is a pretty neutral country with no earthquakes, tornadoes etc. Typhoons are common during the monsoon season and that's pretty normal. But lately, the weather has changed and it isn't the same as how it was last year. Just this year alone, we had many flash floods (too often, in fact) and we felt some tremors couple of months back. Although it's nothing compared to what other Asian countries face (ie Indonesia, Phili, India, Bangla and China), it is really an anomaly here. We NEVER had such things.
