Well, I'd say 'nigger' beats 'bitch', certainly. Probably 'whore' and 'cunt' too, especially because those words aren't automatically insults, whereas 'nigger' is. What it boils down to is how offensive these words are, and 'nigger' and 'faggot' are, in society's eyes, worse than 'bitch' 'whore' 'cunt' etc.
