It was a wait, but well worth it in the end. Great review of a great album. Keep up the good work, Aaron!

An amazing work of art, that's what this album is. Walk on Water is one of the most insanely mesmerizing pieces of aural ambience I have ever heard.

How - Would the reviewer say - does this compare to Earth's Earth 2? And, sorry to say, I didn't go beyond the point where you began listing song descriptions, but did you ever mention the vocal stylings? Are they like Godflesh in that sense, or something else?

ALSO - Have you delved into Mare? If so, do they compare?

Uh, I don't listen to drone other than Sunn0)))'s newest and this. Never listened to Earth, then. Same with Mare.

I mention the vocal stylings. It's much more Selfless-style singing than Streetcleaner-style yelling, except in Man/Woman.

A follow up to the Mare issue, I don't even think they qualify as drone. Avoid at all costs. Vomit.

I can't understand what's the big fuzz around this band...the songs are simply boring and overclocked. Maybe they will reveal to me later on, but it doesn't make my listening pleasure any better.

You probably not like it because you think they are songs. It's not, it's music.

I almost bought this a few weeks ago, but I sampled it first and I'm glad I did...it's a bit too "extreme" for my tastes as of now. I'm trying to download it to give it a try, though...maybe if I give it a thorough listen I'll appreciate it. It just seemed kind of like doom metal divided by a hundred...or maybe I'm completely wrong.

I heard "Tired Of Me" and it made me giggle like a school-girl in the best possible way. I'm gonna get this.
