Hey Aaron, how would you place this one with the other LoG albums? I mean is it REALLY the best one?

Absolutely. However, you should track down a copy of the original, the production is ultra raw and necro, so you might like it better that way.

I would place this near the very peak of NWOAHM records, and it's probably the best one ever released, but even if it isn't, it's certainly the best I've ever heard.

i am a big LOG fan, and I gotta agree with Dago. after hearing this i was amazed that BTP even got to be the LOG they are today. the drums were great (as usual), but the rest was just ehhh. no way was this the best LOG album, but that is just my opinion.

I always liked the more extreme aspects of their sound, so it's no surprise that I feel that this is their best work.

You must admit it is at least of the utmost quality, even if it isn't to your liking.

Well I'm rather slow, as always, but this is one of those albums that sounded really cool when I first heard it, but then I somehow neglected it and forgot that I even had it.
Until recently. And what better joy is there than to revisit a true gem in music and instantly fall in love.
This is so bloody aggressive and raw, wonderfull.

I'm still going with New American Gospel as their best. It has nicer production and is a more mature effort. Burn the Priest is awesomely hard but it's nice to have a little balance. They also slow down alot to do the whole "Chugga CHUGGA" thing and I personally would prefer some more speed from this band. Looking forward to the new one.

80/100
