Comus - First Utterance.

It's like psychedelic folk music from the 70s. It's the album Akerfeldt got the titles 'My Arms Your Hearse' and 'Baying of the Hounds' from.

Heh, I seemed to be the only person in the audience who had heard of them when he mentioned them on stage.

I've heard a couple of tracks from the first album. They were pretty solid.

NP: Kalmah - Swamphell

I really need to re-remember how to play this song.

Were you surprised?

Used to love that album. Don't know if I still would. Some songs are just classics, ex: Esteem.

"Self-Esteem" is from Smash. i'm talking about their first album. if you haven't heard it, you should definitely check it out. it's got some almost metallish riffs (or at least it reminds me of Metallica at times).

Primordial -- Cast To The Pyre

I like this album better than To The Nameless Dead. Probably because the vocals aren't as ridiculous. He's still not too good of a vocalist, but he sounds better doing Black Metal vocals than he does when he's trying to sing.

Misery Index - We Never Come In Peace

Wow, that riff reminds me so much of the riff from Cleansation by Chimaira.

Great song, works great as an intro. It reminds me of napalm death though, not chimaira.
