I have none. I move fast, I work fast, I read fast (impatiently)... I get fidgety... My wife gets pissed at me b/c I'm constantly moving during movies. I can't sit down and read a book unless I'm taking a dump. My only reasoning is b/c I have to be doing something... constantly. What the hell can I do to acquire some patience????? I think this may be why slower music does not appeal to me... then again I like a lot of slower metal. I'm not sure. Anyway, suggestions???

Get an elastic band or something to tie and untie in knots when you are supposed to be sitting still... keeps you occupied.

I used to be very impatient and it ticked me and the people around me off. Then I decided to just take things easy and lay back. I became lazy after that.

like rio said keep your hands busy (NOT THAT WAY! :lol:). i'm always moving my legs, shaking all the time, and when someone asks me to stop because a whole row of chairs is shaking i start playing with a pen or something. i used to have that blu-tak thing with me and just made statues out of it lol.

Yeah, I'm exactly the same... blu-tac statues all the way. But after a while it make your fingers go a funny colour and start to smell.

Another suggestion, NESS, is get into Drone. Listen to some early Sunn O))) all the way through, then when you find yourself kicking your heels, replay it in your head.

Pot is out, my wife would kill me. I get plenty of sleep, anymore and I'd be sleeping over eight hours which is just lazy. Thanks for the suggestions though.

I might try what rio said. A rubber band would actually be perfect.
