In my opinion, this is not a classic... A damn good Bay Area thrash album though.

Fuck yeah, I remember someone gave me a CD-R of this, and I remember it kicking ass.

More people need to know about this album. I would definately call it a classic.

Every song on this recording is perfect. Twisted was good but this was great. Distortion wasn't bad either. Can't wait to hear their new CD and Heathen's new one.

I won't respond to anyone stating that this isn't a classic..

One of my favorite thrash albums, if you don't like it, fine. This is still a classic thrash album.

Mind telling me why so I don't get the idea that you're not knowing what you're talking about?

Ho, don't get me wrong... I got this album the month it was released and still play it once in a while... The riffing is good, it's all very well played and entertaining enough but it lacks the substance and the "addictiveness" real classics possess... Twisted Into Form is much better imo and deserves the classic status, this one just doesn't though it falls pretty close.

By the way I feel compelled to add that despite my previous post, I do not find this album to be "eh." I just like Twisted Into Form better. If nothing else, Twisted has a much more distinct sound.

I'm not gonna discuss if it's a classic or a 90-100 archive review. It's one of them, and personal opinion will put it in one of the two lists.

I don't think it's a classic because albums as:

Heathen - Breaking The Silence (archive, 90/100)
Metal Church - The Dark (archive, 95/100)
Kreator - Extreme Aggression (archive, 95/100)
Coroner - Punishment for Decadence (archive, 96/100)

aren't classics. But that's just my opinion.

But well, its one great, incredible album, in the thin line that divide classic albums of almost-classic albums.

I'll stick to the fact that it got six votes in my classics thread:)

I consider this a classic and have always done so, hence I give it the classic status here. If you have any serious arguments and such, please PM me.
