Sorry if I'm long winded, I love mma.

Cro Cop has never recovered from getting his head kicked in by Gonzaga. And man his leg/knee/ankle must be really fucked up after the way he fell on it.
From what I read he didn't have any issues with that. Cro Cop is just gunshy, and it is in part due to that fight. He has had a long career, and I think a lot of injuries caught up to him. He had a few surgeries recently, and should hopefully be in as good as shape as he can be here soon. I'd like to see Cro Cop get back to work, but I think he needs to evolve his game a bit beyond left high kick.
As for Cung Le/Shamrock... I saw that. Shamrock was a tard and never really tried to utilize his superior ground game to do anything to Le, and Le just ripped him up. Frank is overrated in my opnion, and he's going to get regulated in Strikeforce when he fights Nick Diaz... Who I don't like, either. Le is a good talent, but I think he is still somewhat untested... And it doesn't look like he may be really considering doing much with fighting anytime soon.

I was looking through the Heavy Weights in the UFC, what a week weight class. They need Fedor, but only after they get some more, better, heavy weights. It's sad that class.
The division is pretty weak. I hate Tim Sylvia and Arlovski, but it was stupid of the UFC to cut either. Then they cut out Werdum after he gets a flash KO loss... I mean shit happens in MMA, you really can't hold a flash KO loss against a legit fighter. Those guys were all top 10/15 fighters.
Shane Carwin vs Gonzaga should be interesting. I believe that's on the Jackson/Jardine card. Carwin is a total beast and has ended all of his fights within the first round, and he's getting his first real test with Gonzaga. I think Gabe is gonna take it, but I love Carwin. I'd love to see him TKO GG.

That's some truth there. I'd like to see an Ultimate Fighter with heavies. Alot of good fighters in other weight classes come from that show: Forrest, Rashad, Bisping, etc.
Bisping has been handed gift fights and decisions for too long. I hope when he runs into Hendo, Hendo shows him what's up. He's been protected for too long. Rashad needs to learn he can do more than just KO/TKO people and utilize his groundgame more, and don't even get me started on Forrest. I don't care if he took the belt from Rampage. Guy isn't a finisher.
Anyway, they did a HW the first season I believe... The winners or guys that stuck around ended up all going to LHW. Maybe that's why they're not doing anymore? Either way, the HW division is getting better as time goes on.
Predictions on Rampage/Jardine. I'm pretty sure page will take it, but for some reason I'm seeing Jardine UD/Split decision.
