I have a version of Henry Rollins and the Bad Brains doing 'Kick Out the Jams' so awesome. Sadly, I haven't heard the whole MC5 album, only the title track.

way too old of an album for me to ever hear when it first came out, but great review for a predecessor of punk and metal.

If nothing else, it's certainly the best live album ever released.

Not that I am the world's biggest The Who lover or anything, but given that it is part of the local heritage round our way I feel duty bound to say *coughTheWhoLiveAtLeedscough*

PLEASE, I thought this is a Metal site. If we are gonna go back this far at least have a review of Blue Oyster Cult, more Uriah Heep, Mahogany Rush, ect.

At least the first two of your list were heavily reworked in the studio (not sure about Tokyo Tapes but it sounds a bit too well to be honest too). On the other hand, this is 100% genuine live recording, just like Live at Leeds (The Who) which is, imho, the greatest live album of all times.

Nothing wrong with going back to the roots imo... :dio:

This could be cool if MR reviewers did a review a the Flower Travellin' Band for example...

Satori is a pretty awesome album which could use a classic review, having started doom and stoner genres basically.
