Two new albumz I'm listening to:

Autumn - Altitude - http://www.myspace.com/autumnband

Really beautiful and uplifting Gothic/Prog Metal, a bit like The Gathering but dissimilar enough to be awesome. Great songwriting.

Mind Odyssey - Time To Change It - http://www.myspace.com/mindodyssey07

Good, catchy Heavy Metal with Victor Smoolski on guitars. Vocalist's a bit meh, otherwise good stuff.

Expect reviews of both in the near future.

It was kind of boring compared to Hell Destroyer. Could be because it was only a demo.

Andreas Kisser has a song from his forthcoming solo album up:

http://www.myspace.com/andreaskisser

R.H.E.T

Not bad, but I hope they're not all instrumentals, else I'd be forced to call it an instru-mental album!

that's interesting...

I have some OS album lying around; it was a subscription present from Terrorizer. Ok, but too pop-gothy, really.

Deep Purple's Stormbringer, 35th Anniversary Edition (CD + DVD)... Awesome! Finally we're going to listen to this underrated album with a good sound! :dio:

Hmph, thanks Terrorizer :lame:

Although they also gave me a Crowbar album which was nice, and a bit more manly.

Nah man, I didn't mean it that way. I loved his vocals on his first few albums, but his newer ones are as if he's just sucking in air to get even lower. I feel it's kinda boring, quite monotonous compared to what he did in his younger days.

Meh... I liked the last Deicide, despite it not being as widdly-solo'ed as Stench. Pretty solid band, all in all, I just hate that people say yeah, Cannibal Corpse, great solid band and then shit on Deicide for taking their own path and actually making different albums.

Glen Benton admitted that everything after Once Upon the Cross was hacked out just to fulfill their Roadrunner deal. He didn't start caring again until Scars of the Crucifix.

Oh Jesus, that's even worse than Awake's cover.

Also, "A Nightmare To Remember?" Lame.
