I must say I'm a little disappointed with this release. I agree with the score, totally, and it's a step down musically from the last release. Still a good CD but I expect the best from Overkill. Maybe their next CD will be some raging Thrash as found on earlier releases.

Agreed. Its certainly not a bad album, but coming from Overkill, quite possibly the most consisten band ever, this is a dissapointment. I give it a 63/100.

Overkill have never been a great band but at least they were nice and not too boring... but this album... some bands should quit before releasing such uninspired records... as Overkill should have done ! and my rate is 50/100 (and that's pretty generous)

Their first 5 albums state otherwise, as do some of their later ones.

I would probably peg this one for about a 60 as well. Whenever I'm in the mood for some Overkill, there's plenty better to choose from that this. Having said that, RELIXIV isn't a terrible album on it's own, but it doesn't hold a candle to the best these guys have to offer.

Man, what the fuck happened on this one? Overkill has been experimenting with Groove/Post-Thrash stuff for a while, but this one is practically completely devoid of the Thrash, seriously dissapointing from a band I can hardly name bad material from.

Hopefully the next album Thrashes again, I find it hard to doubt Overkill.
