He only said it for attention.

But I'll admit, he did a good job.

I know, but...I've had that pic on the back burner for a while, and wanted to use it, god dammit!

Eeyore is cool. Saying noodles is like Eeyore is an insult to Eeyore.

Also, I was in the pit anyways, pissed as fuck, and some grabs me and goes "don't!" I ask him why not and he says "because I'll hurt you"-a classic moment in my life. Fat prick, ahaha!

That would be creepy if someone said that to me at a gig.

Maiden's worst musical moment is still a towering monument of musical perfection compared to the tidal wave of shit that is all things Trivium. Some things the cool guys can agree on.

Right, because that's ALL there is to Maiden.

Maiden have great arrangements (something Trivium consistently fail at), a great feel for what melodies and harmonies are needed and when (admittedly, the overall riff structure is almost always the same, but that's because IT'S NOT ABOUT THE RIFFAGE).

they've always felt pretty boring and average to me. Trivium are like the best possible combination of awesome guitar playing and over the top pop choruses that makes them way more fun to listen to. also the middle section of "Shogun" rips off Rage's "In a Nameless Time", which means Matt Heafy has hella good taste.

 At least I leave my musical trash listening methods outside when I start talking about Metal.

Why is it that I immediately thought of Dream Theater?

No, that's not fair. Octavarium had better songwriting than Trivium ever will.

In fact, the trivium was the three subjects traditionally studied in the first universities: mathematics, latin and either history or geography, I forget. Anyway, the point is that music isn't a part of Trivium :P

Indeed. That anyone could think Trivium do anything better than Maiden... good job I can't ban people.
