Awe. thanks for all the compliments everyone! :wub:

I won't be putting in a ring as I had planned.
The piercer didn't recommend I have one, so I took his advice. Then, I asked to have a plain silver stud, rather than the shiny blingy one every girl and her cat has. But then he only had the display, and I would have had to wait another 30minutes to sanitize it. Sooo I got the blingy one. Whatever.
I'll be changing it when I go to get the other side pierced eventually

Nice new additions, what gauge are they at?

i was told when you first pierce your nose you need to get a ring so that you can turn it and clean it

Two 10s and the one closest to my cartilage is a 14. I just got the 14 put in yesterday and the one on my right ear is bleeding more than the others did. :wacko:

Yeah, Noodles you were lied to.
They shouldn't put rings in anymore. It's a complete myth actually that you need to turn piercings. In fact, you really shouldn't. All is best when you leave it alone.
Rings are bad because they tend to move around alot more, and interrupt your natural healing process. You may have your ear healing up nicely, but then a slight bump with a ring, and it might tear the healing skin again.

Dylan: Nice! My lobes at at 8 right now, and my second holes at 12. I'd like to go up to 2 on the first holes, and 4 on my second holes.

I don't really have any desire to gauge up. I think I'm gonna leave it the way it is now. I may try to cram in another small one in the near future, but I'm happy with it right now.

The guy said they usually heal well, cause there's lots of blood flowing there or something.... I'm praying they don't get infected.....

Some lad in my Sixth Form had a nipple ring and I used to punch him in it all the time, it ended up looking like an udder.
