Now Gears of War is fucking overrated..

Well, at the time it was released it was basically the coolest thing ever. Now that more next-gen games have been made, it's not as impressive.

Mirror's Edge, it is a cool concept and the game is quite good but it has too many flaws to make it the great game that it should have been, the game is at its very best when you are running and performing all these acrobatic parkour movements, unfortunately the game doesnt make it very clear wich way you should be going and forces you to stop and look around to figure it out, then most of the jumps are very unforgiving making the fall to your death animation something you see quite often, i know this was probably the way of the dessigners to make the game difficult but it actually isnt that hard its just frustrating that you have to stop so often, basically the game wants to be a racer but performs like a platformer succeeding in neither.


I got Bioshock, Dead Space and Grand Theft Auto IV for 100 dollars, pretty good deal if you ask me, im currently playing Bioshock and so far it has been great.

If by overrated, you mean a great game that is fun to play both online and offline. Then yes, it is overrated. And I love it. Only 2 missions left until I beat Gears 2, which is sad but cool at the same time.

Gears 2 is definitely way wayyy cooler than the first. Didn't impress me a whole lot.

Got the Baldur's Gate 4-in-1 pack to make up for losing old individual BG1 and pack. Barely played it then, hopefully will spend more time with it now.

Yeah man. I was lookign at that yesterday, almost instantly rose to the top of my "can't wait" list. A western GTA? Give me a hell ya.

Mine too, it totally bummed me out when I found out the clock battery died in my old Gold cartridge. But I have an emulator to make up for that.

So I screwed over like all the cities in Fable 2. I own almost every house and shop in every town, but I had the rent too high. People were complaining but I didn't listen. I was playing last night and went into the biggest market (Bowerstone Market) and the economy is 1 star. In other words, really bad. I set all the rent low and bought everything I could to try and get some money flowing, but some shops even closed down because of no sales. I am a horrible land lord...

So me and the girlfriend are going to start playing some Mortal Kombat. She owns Armageddon and dear god is it awful. It's soooo sloooww. OMG I miss MKII or even III. I'm going to go buy Deception since she claims it is much better. Any thoughts? Any way I can find the original MK games without buying an SNES or using emulators?

Mortal Kombat fails :p. But try eBay and any preowned sections of games shops and you might get lucky.

Street Fighter owns it silly though, I'd love to get a copy of the 3rd one sometime...

Played Fallout 3 tonight for the first time in months. Had a lot of fun, and it will become a regular in my 360 until I beat it. That or until all the other new games start coming out and I have no time to finish it. I am only level 9 and am still working on the mission called Galaxy News Radio... so sad.

I'm having the time of my life with Super Smash Bros. Brawl on the Wii. Goddamm is it fun.
