The more I hear from Sunn O))), the more I think they're bullshit. I hear all this frantic praise they often widely recieve, but when I try listen to them, I just get bored and listen to something else. I haven't heard anything from this band that I wouldn't have to hesitate to call music. Eh. Just not for me, I guess.

I shall have to hear this; sounds like fun but then I've never been shattered by them in the past. But then, I admit I haven't invested that much time in them.

I'll begrudgingly give this one a shot or two just so you can't pin me as a downloader who doesn't give things their proper chance even if the music sounds like a broken machine.

Edit: Through the first track and I just want to turn it off. It's so dull and boring.

Everyone praises this band but what is the big deal about them?

And WTF is drone metal? I've listen to almost every type of metal except that.

I haven't heard this particular one, but I find their previous outings very very hard to enjoy. Should still try this as things suddenly seems to click with me nowadays

This isn't album music. You have to go to a concert and feel sick from all the ultraheavy bass pounding into your body.
