Umm...yeah. I could probably go on. And those are just the ones that cater to my taste! I'm sure the various forumites could list many, many other albums more worthy of such praise than City of Evil.

Sorry Wally, I've tried them countless times. I managed to get into Sodom with Agent Orange, Kreator with Extreme Aggression but, so far, Destruction has always been a miss for me... :sad:

They are like my favourite band, ever. But yeah, their old raw sound and more in your face new sound may be a turn off to some people.

That's a hard question.

For old Destruction, I'd say Infernal Overkill. But I know some people like Release From Agony best.

For new Destruction, that's easy. The Antichrist, but the newest D.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N. is a close second.

Go for the newer stuff then, Antichrist or DEVOLUTION. I'd say Antichrist.

And to hear the old songs re-done, Thrash Anthemz would be worth checking out to.
