Just for M_B... because he loves us so much.

Any other indie fans on here, any good shit to recommend? Lately I've been listening to:

The Arctic Monkeys
Clap Your Hands Say Yeah
Yeah Yeah Yeahs
New Pornographers
Bloc Party
Grammatics
The Killers
Bright Eyes
Franz Ferdinand (don't know if it really counts as indie, but whatever)
Lazlo Bane
Death Cab For Cutie

Aaand that's about it.

Sometimes I like to walk around listening to Architecture in Helsinki repping my wool sweater scarf and skinny jeans and it makes me feel pretty cool.

I've heard good things about AiH, anything I should get?

Fingers Crossed and In Case We Die are great. Places Like This never really clicked with me.

Listening to Places Like This right now, pretty cool. I love the eclectic composing.

I hate a lot of Indie, but do yourselves all favors and get "The Ugly Organ" by Cursive. That's an amazing album.

I've been meaning to check out Cursive for ages because someone compared them to The Paper Chase but still haven't gotten around to it.

He/them toured with Mastodon a few years back. Which pretty much proves Mastodon are the ultimate indie metal band.

Awesome new Radiohead song. Sounds like In Rainbows but darker.

Also listening to Joanna Newsom right now and she is awesome.

Yeh, Joanna's great once you get used to her voice. Ys is easily on of the best albums of the past 10 years.
