Note: The album has a very nice artwork with some very nice pictures; the version reviewd was a digipack version which includes a cover of the famous French Pop group Indochine of the song Les Tzars which is far from being necessary.

the reviewer doesn't know what is talking about... Indochine is a cult band in France and doing a cover of Les Tzars is a great idea... it's a bit like a swedish band doing a cover of ABBA... it's part of the french language patrimoine sort of... don't be an ignoring fool

I really think there's no reason to pay extra only for this song.

Hey, hey! You also get a niffty cardboard box for your CD. Well worth more money.

By the review, this isn't something I would like too much. But I must say for a quick laugh, you have to check out the picture of them on www.metal-archives.com

The guy on the right looks like Black Metal Britney Spears. Also, with that and the two guys in the mesh shirts, they look about a minute away from a KY party. The dumbest black metal picture? No. The gayest, possibly.

Being French is an excuse. I've been meaning to check this band out for a while, I've heard great things. They could really use a name change though...

There are gayer black metal pics, trust me, that's nothing :)

OK, there are some things I would like to say about this. I had to rush away from the computer so the only reply I could write for this was: " really think there's no reason to pay extra only for this song" which is only part of the answer.

First of all, I'm almost sure that Jack hasn't heard the version by Anorexia Nervosa, the fact that the original song is great doesn't mean that the cover version has to be good by any means. I could do a cover of Stairway to Heaven using a distorted electric guitar with only one string, using extremely harsh vocals, and blastbeats all the way through the song; would that make it a great song?

The cover by Anorexia Nervosa is average, far from being special or interesting at all, they just add some lame guitars and make it symphonic, then they added the harsh vocals, that's it, nothing more nothing less. I don't think everyone would like to shell out more cash just to get an average cover song and a cardboard box.

I don't think that my comment shows in any way that I'm an ignorant fool; it's just my opinion; my comment included the name of the group, it's country of origin and what I thought of it.

I agree with Crims.

Any Dani Filth picture beats anything, anytime, anywhere.
