I would hope so. I'd be willing to bet PBR never overwhelmed, much less whelmed, anyone.

As far as dirt cheap US beers go, Busch Light is much better. Still shit, but much better.

True, the only reason I can see for people getting Blue Ribbon or any other cheap American pisswater is to get drunk.

Also, probably my favorite kind of beer I've had so far is Warsteiner. Good stuff.

So I drank too much beer yesterday afternoon, and feel all bloated today.

Yep, Warsteiner used to be one of my faves too, and I still enjoy every once in a while. Have you tried Warsteiner Dunkel? I like it much more than the regular premium, myself.

UFC 102 this saturday, and I am in charge of picking up the 24.

I'm thinking of just grabbing some Moosehead, but thought I'd ask for some opinoins.

It has to be available in Canada, obviously. And not too expensive, a 24 of Moosehead usually costs roughly $40.

so.. suggestions?

Which means it must be good.

There is a place called Murder Burger 'round where I live, and you know it is some good shit.
Actually, they changed the name to Redrum Burger, inexplicably... doesn't have quite the same ring to it, now, does it?

For everybody that remembers Jack Nicholson performance in The Shining, it's a great name.
Redrum Redrum Redrum...

I'd say Black Horse but they don't sell it outside of Nfld. Keiths? Thing is, a lot of Ontario's best beers aren't often sold in two-fours. If it were me I'd be picking up bunches of various six packs of ON beer and various litre bottles of favourite Canadian beers. Actually, if it were me for UFC and not a bar, I'd probably just go the "dirty" route and pick up shitloads of Faxe :P Either/or is a recipe for good times, imo.

Has to be good.

Btw, Moose Drool is from Montana, not Colorado. Don't know what I was thinking.

No can do for 103, but one day, Mr. Walnut, one day beer shall be drunk, metal shall be played and the madness shall be unleashed  Btw, do you ever go to Fistful down in T.O.?

Anyways, I had an Andechser Bergbock the other day and it was awesome. It had a really unique taste, probably one of the most unique I've ever tasted in a beer. I'll have to drink another.

Also, I want to try Moose Drool

Fistful = Fistful of Metal which is a monthly get together for metalheads around the GTA. It takes place at a bar called Disgraceland at the end of every month. The bar's booked for the night and its just basically a night of drinking and constant metal.
