And, yes, I strongly feel that a respectable webzine should avoid such dark waters and thus keep from reviewing Burzum, Graveland, Drudkh, etc.
Well then, I guess we haven't been respectable since November 2004 (when the first Graveland review went up), yet you still come here. Didn't you just say you regret the no Burzum policy in the other thread? You really have a way of coming off like a guy who isn't happy unless he's got something to complain about.
I thought it was obvious saying in a thread about a Burzum review that I regreted the "no Burzum" policy meant I wasn't okay with Burzum being reviewed at MR.
Actually, the way you worded it, it isn't at all obvious. In fact, it sounds like you're saying you regret there was ever a policy in place to begin with. But whatever. I still find it curious that you now choose to be the crusader for a nearly 5 year old issue here. I know you are against nazism, but I've never seen you say you'd leave if any NS related band were reviewed. I don't think any of us believe for a second that you'll actually leave. If you do, you'll no doubt resurface a short time thereafter, likely with a new username.
Please spare us with the morality bit, no MR staff member is a nazi, no MR staff member believes in that garbage. We are reviewing the music, as we are a music site. Like Zad said, if we didn't review an album because the musicians behind it were scum, that wipes out a fair portion of metal.
Unsurprisingly, very dark, strange and sometimes disturbing music tends to come from people who are themselves dark, strange and disturbing.
