yeah, you're right Daniel ! For once, hype is true... this band "slays"...

but I think the Jesu album deserves an even bigger hype which it'll probably won't get :( music business is so fucked up :evil:

I have Oceanic but have never really got into it except for certain moments. This seems to be the same for most of the avant-doom type bands: I can see that Neurosis, Isis, Pelican etc need time to grow on you, but much of their music doesn't grab me enough to make me want to listen to it that often. :cry:

Maybe I just have too short an attention span...

So, so true. Both the Jesu album and Ep are absolutely incredible. Justin Broadrick is a genius!

yep !

seen him live with Godflesh in 1989 or 1990 (long time ago !) and it was a powerful & heavy as fvkk show...

but he doesn't play drums on tour with Jesu which is sad 'cause he slayed... but taking Prong's ex-drummer is indeed a good idea

Sometimes it's cool to be old(er than me)! Heard a few Godflesh songs, any album reccomendations?

honestly, I think some other people might probably be better advisers on the matter...

i only know the 1rst 3 albums & the third one (Pure) was imo their best...
