I try to eat mostly organic. I feel better and I don't get sick as often. It is impossible to eat 100% organic, but I try to keep my dairy intake to 100% organic, because I've heard it is the most important. I have been doing this for two years now. I have noticed significant changes and I do think there is something to be said about that. So what do you prefer/think about organic food?

I like organic food because it generally tastes better, but god damn, it's expensive.

Ah, I see now. Of course I've heard of it, I just wasn't familiar with that term.

Myself, I don't really know. The Belgian food market is rather strictly regulated, so even the more unhealthily produced foods are fine by moi. I don't have a whole lot of money, so I'm not keen on paying more for production ethics.

I also will buy from the farmer's market whenever I can. Local food is the only way to go, other than organic IMO.

I, as well. It's the only way to go.
I eat my fruit and veggies at least four to five times a day, sometimes more.
And the local market's prices are amazingly low.
Cutting out the middle-man, after all.

I wish I ate organic more. Usually can't be othered to spend that much money, though...I should really just find a good farmer's market to go to.

I wouldn't even know where that is, but I'd like to shop at a farmer's market. I'm tired of paying out the ass at these grocery stores around here like Hy-Vee.
