I like ghost stories but as far as believing them, yeah no, not until i see a ghost for myself (hope this never happens).

I remember reading The Amityville Horror when i was like twelve and to be really freaked out.

Does anybody here believe in ghosts?

do you have an interesting story to share?

I think I believe, but I'm not sure. I am a sucker for shows like Most Haunted and Ghost Hunters, but I have never experienced anything personally. Although my mother does say our first house we lived in was haunted. I was too young to remember.

Ghost Hunters is the only good show out there. The rest are clearly fake. If Ghost Hunters is fake, and I realize it may be, they do a great job covering that fact. The others—MY GOD! They're fucking retarded. Haha.

Anyway, I believe in the possibility. There is a story my family tells that is a bit creepy. I was born with bright blue eyes. At the time, my grandmother on my father's side wasn't in good health (turned out to be lung cancer). Her wish was for a grandkid to be born with green eyes, like hers. Well, since I had blue eyes, she was disappointed.

She lived for two more years. I had bright blue eyes the whole time, long after eye color changes. Well, as I'm told, the day after she died, I had green eyes. I mean, the whole family tells this story. I guess it freaked everyone out because my eyes had been so bright, you know. You can see pictures, and they really were.

So how did they change color overnight? My mother says she screamed, thinking someone had swapped babies in the middle of the night. Haha.

I don't believe myself until I get any proof, but my mother totally believes in ghosts and supernatural phenomena.
When she was younger she played "Genie in the bottle" or wahtever it's called and apparently the house went cold and their dog started barking like mad. I don't know the whole story of what happened but my mother seems pretty convinced that it was the game that brought out the supernatural behaviour, and she never played it again after that and would never let me or my siblings try it.

My mother is pretty dead set in our previois house (2 houses ago) was haunted. But she says it was a good haunting. I never experienced anything, but she said her jewelery would go missing for days at a time, and then it would just be ther one morning. Stupid shit like that. Again, I never experienced anything, besides what sounded like footsteps, but I just blame that on it being an old house and creaking in the night.
