It was pretty solid

+ Amazing new gf after failing to break up with the last one several times.
+ Saw Judas Priest, Cattle Decapitation, Metallica and Gojira live this year.
+ Been dominating philosophy, trying to get myself prepared and what not.
-/+ Preparing for grad school but not doing to well at it.
- Wrecked my car
- No money and tons of debt and still needing to buy textbooks now.

New Year's Eve I laid in bed with the woman and ate an ice cream cake and drank sparkling grape juice. It may seem boring but it was a good time.

The woman and me's resolution is to save up money and pay off my credit card debt together. Hopefully, we can move towards a future together if we play our cards right.

Fucking terrible to be fair. My engagement fell apart, got landed in hospital many times for a recurring illness and had to go for a couple of months on no money.

However 2010's gearing up to be good! My ex and I have patched things up and are best friends again, there's a possible new girl in my life and my band's are gearing up for some huge pushes. Living in hope!

Good:

Broke up with probably the worst girlfriend I ever had, replacing her with a long lost friend who is almost a perfect match to me.

Got a few more friends who don't push me into drugs like my old ones did.

Became godfather to my brothers second kid, a little guy that cracks me up despite being 5weeks old.

Started to have a better relationship with my siblings

Bad:

Not doing too well in university, even though I love my classes.

Started to really hate my scumbag of a father, who is probably the worst widower ever.

Stopped doing any kind of sport which has beginning to show

Failed to keep my studying schedule for the upcoming exams

All in all, the girlfriend makes up for the bad things, so yay 2009!

And that's the gist of it for me as well. An absolutely awful year on almost all levels, saved in the nick of time by having a wonderful new year's eve with a fantastic girl.

Solid year. Not outstading, not sucking.

Still crazy. You'd have to walk with a garbage sack over your head or something.


It felt very slow going somehow, since most of my time was spent in school. First half of the year was about finishing the 2 year education, and the latter half to continue on an optional extra year. I don't even want to think about how many hours a week I spend on sitting on that bus going over there...
Not much on any other fronts, so 2009, though a good year in music, games, movies and such nothing really... happened. Which has it's ups and downs, but I'm not complaining.

Well, 2009 was mostly crap for me. Got dumped by my girl a few months ago. Apparently she wasn't over the other guy yet. Always fun when someone realises that after a 2-year relationship.
But thanks to my awesome friends and metal (metal never lets you down ) I've been keeping up quite well.

Nevertheless, there were some great moments too. Did my first Graspop this year with some friends. Definitely an experience I'll never forget. The DevilDriver/Behemoth gig in November was awesome too.

So hopefully less crap this year and more metal!
And a new girlfriend would be nice too.
