Album of the year for me followed up by Ulcerate. I haven't been able to listen to anything else ever since I got a hold of it. And yes Monolith of Possession is ridiculously good.

Downloaded this, and it is daaaamn good. It seems the only black metal I really really like is the new American revival stuff.

Good album, this, although not electrifying. I like what they do a lot, although there have been more soulful and exciting BM records released this year.

I agree with this as well. Definitely not the best bm release of 2009.
