Who's been watching the NBA playoffs? I know I have. I love basketball, it's my favorite thing in life. I play ball or lift weights everyday. Anyone else into basketball?

The Celtics should keep Garnett suspended.

Anyone but the Lakers will suffice.

I am a die hard Laker fan. I've been an NBA fan since I was 8 or 9. I'm PISSED about the Thunder last night. Durant is the best player in the NBA, hands down.

No. Lebron is the best.

Anywho, I'm a Suns fan. They've done better this year than I expected. I'm not real optimistic about them getting very far in the playoffs though. They'll beat the Blazers, then probably lose in the 2nd round.

I think the finals are going to be LeBron vs Kobe. LeBron will go off and win the championship since it will be the same amount of years MJ was in the league before he won his first championship.

I think you can argue that Durant is the best. When he is on, he is better than Lebron. He can shoot better, defend better, rebound better... the only thing Lebron can do better is motivate his team.

Btw, go Mavs.

I love basketball too. I played for a few years for my school team actually. Well, those years are long gone by.

I used to be very into the NBA but now I can't follow it nearly enough due to the time difference. Kobe is still the best you guys. Lakers will definitely keep the trophy this year too. Durant still has a long way to go to prove himself, imo.

Die hard Heat fan here... Not a good time to talk about basketball... I wish they would be a little tougher on these hoodlums that fight in NBA games. No one, aside from hockey where it is allowed under certain parameters, fights more than NBA players. These guys (Garnett) should learn that they are the role models for millions of kids and they aren't in the ghetto any longer...

Are you kidding me? He had 37 points 19 rebounds and a few key blocks in game 3. Game 1 he was held to 25 points, but in game 2 he had another 30+ game. He is young and he is putting up those kind of numbers, I'd say he is on his way to be the next Reggie Miller.

Unfortunately you're right. If you replay that Garnett fight, there are a row of kids sitting right in front of the action. It is really sad their actions go unpunished sometimes.

Yes, Garnett is an idiot, always has been. Of course he sucks now too, so his suspension was a blessing for the Cs (ok so he was pretty good last night, just an aberration).

But metalNESS is a Lakers fan, so he has no right to comment :P

So, I'll say it again. Durant is the best player in the NBA.

Today is awesome. I'm hungover, and there is playoff basketball on all day. Let's go Heat.

Absolutely ridiculous. Lebron is on another planet--nobody else comes close to him right now. Most good analysts will tell you that he should be a unanimous pick for MVP, but someone stupid will probably fuck it up. Lebron is a better defender, equally good rebounder, more efficient scorer, and a MUCH MUCH better passer.

Yeah, I'm obsessed with the NBA. I am a HUGE Suns fan...really disappointed that we can't put away the fucking Blazers, but they're a terrible match-up for us. If we can get past them, I can see us beating any team in the West but the Lakers, and I think we can give them a run for their money. And who knows, maybe the Thunder take them out! It's 2-2 right now.

Big win for San Antonio just now. Looks like they're gonna beat Dallas...that's a surprise for me.

yeah LBJ is the best player in the league, no doubt.

If I had to pick someone to shoot a game winner it's a toss up between Kobe and LeBron.

LeBron is better than Kobe though.

Without question. But what about Kobe 5 years ago?

I know Lebron is good, I'm not discrediting that. I just don't think he will continue to grow. I see him plateauing in the next 5 years and then being mediocre at best. Durant is crisp in ever aspect of his game. Plus he is young.

Sweeps in round 2?

I say LA and Orlando. I think the Spurs have at least one game in them.

Lebron almost gets a trip dub every game.
