A (the?) Labour battle bus went by me today. I tried giving a sarcastic wave but they were all on their mobiles. Probably trying to heal this story about Brown being recorded calling someone 'bigoted' - poor old Pa Broon shouldn't have met with the voters after all. At least he didn't swear at her.

My first NF man tonight, shouting about how he liked Chinese food BUT them immigrants...

Lots of LD voters to make up for it, so overall.

Perhaps if Pa Broon performed better, you'd have no worries! Sadly, that was the dullest of the three debates, no gaffes whatsoever. Cameron slid further to the right, Gordo offering experience and Cleggo offering change. Let the spinning begin.

So how significant were Gordon Brown's comments in the Newspaper, some comments an old lady made about Eastern Europeans.

Heh, sounds like Clegg did just as badly judging by Radio 4 this morning.

Switched it off pretty quickly... it was one of the most depressing TV programmes I've ever seen.

@steve: Brown called a spade a spade, which isn't something we generally tolerate here. Unfortunately he did it ten seconds AFTER sucking up to her and thinking his mic was switched off, which exposed him somewhat as a cowardly hypocrite.



Haha: now the Labour line is that when she said "where are all these Eastern European flocking from" he THOUGHT she said "where are all these Eastern Europeans fucking from".

Despite having no clue what he's babbling about with this rally on saturday (Goat?) he's obviously right about this. Just so long as we're all clear that any action against cuts and redundancies will necessarily have to be action against government even if (especially if) it's Nick Clegg in charge...
