Tonight's the night fellas. I'm predicting LA to win by 5 or less. Whoever wins in rebounds, wins the game.

Great defense by the Celtics, bad offense by the Celtics, and the Lakers are beasts at rebounding.

At halftime, I'm not sure at all. The Celtics are defensively very aggressive which is a good thing. Plus, I hope Scalabrine will shoot some 3 pointers when nobody expects him to. :P

Well, he'll probably shoot better than Ray Allen has been lately.

Everytime I see Ray Allen shoot go up for the jumper I want to strangle him. Drive and/or pass!

Kobe is throwing up some ridiculous shots. 3 for 16? Really?

This game has been incredibly ugly. Celts are gassed, have no offensive rhythm, and can't rebound to save their life. However, they also play the best team defense I have ever seen.

Should be an exciting...if ugly finish.

Gasol is a heck of a flopper.

Congrats to the Lakers fans.

Well done Lakers... Master-flopper crybaby Pau and dickhead Bryant have won.
Anyway, the Celtics should have never slowed their game, that was a terrible mistake.

That was the ugliest game I have ever seen. Either way, Lakers come out with the big WIN!

I think game 6 was even uglier.
Ugly win for an ugly team, that makes sense...

Master flopper has 18 rebounds. And Kobe 15, and that was the match's key. If you shooting is bad, controlling the rebound is the key for second options. (23 offensive rebounds against 8, 53 total against 40).
And Gasol was just what Kobe and Phil needed to win again. Kobe alone can't win championships.

Yeah, I'm a Gasol fan.

yep. Its all about the rebounds. The Celtics had every opportunity to win, so to blame the game on bad calls or flopping... you have to be able to make shots. If you can't make shots, get some rebounds dude. Gasol plays fundamental basketball. When he releases a shot, he runs after the ball for the rebound.

Gasol is great, skilled player. Anyone would want him on their team.

He's also a tremendous flopper.

And the officials completely changed the way they called the game in the 4th quarter, thus getting the Lakers to the free throw line early and often.

The Lakers had 6 FGs in the 4th quarter yet scored 30 points.

The Lakers also had more FT attempts in the 4th quarter than the Celtics did the entire game.

So again, congrats to the Lakers fans...

Well, the Celtics also missed a number of LAYUPS and open shots. Not to mention the fact that they looked tired in the forth. They literally shut down. If we say the refs won the game for the Lakers, then we can go back early in the series and point out a number of favorable calls for the Celtics.

Great game last night, even though I was a little pissed the Lakers won...but still, fun to watch. Artest's three was simply ridiculous, as was Rondo's...I couldn't believe either went in. Great series, congrats to the Lakers, can't wait for free agency to start...what's your guys' read on that?
