I just spoke to Richard from the band who says that they'd never heard Altar of Plagues until after they were being compared to them in all these reviews, heh. But now they are buds and AofP have invited them to the UK and Ireland to play some shows.

Anyway, check this out, fellows, it is good black metal!

It is. And that's rather cool, we should set up a blind date kind of thing to introduce bands and get the bigger ones to take smaller ones on tour.

I thought they were very similar to Altar, not so much like WITTR, though.

The funny thing is, if they had kept their old name I NEVER would have listened, even if Rio (someone whose opinion I greatly respect) said it was the album of the year.
