Well, the lyrics to that song, 'Heroin Chic' aka the nadir of their career, certainly resemble nu metal. The music to the song isn't good but it hardly reminds me of nu metal either.

Looking forward to Zads review of MDB's most famous mistake (I actually think 'Like Gods of the Sun is nearly as bad--like they tried going Type O Negative on that one and failed).

I like LGotS. First MDB I ever owned though so maybe that has something to do with it.

Same, first one I owned. Sure it has some good tracks, but when Aaron starts talking about meeting the King and then doing his Queen on 'The Dark Caress' I have trouble continuing.
