I remember hearing Something wicked this way comes and thinking this band was complete shit. If this is as good as you let on I might have to get it in my haul on Amazon, it's always a treat to hear a thrash album from the eighties I've never heard before.

One of the best thrash metal bands of all time, and this is their second best for me after Game Over.

I'd take this over a lot of the "thrash titans" people care about so much.

+1

This band is severely underrated.

I love the groove on this album. Lilker's bass is top notch.

Never really cared for NA, somehow.
Haven't listened to them in at least 15 years, maybe I should give them another chance.

I actually had this album at some point. No where near as good as Third World Genocide and that album gets a lot of flak, for you know, sucking and all.

Been reading through the archives and reviews for a couple of weeks now, and wondered why NA had been overlooked. A lot of people never really cared for them even at the time, but whatever... I loved this album.

Out of all the 80s thrashers out there, Nuckear Assault was one I never cared too much about. It's not that I don't like them, it's just I don't care. Sure one day I'll go on amazon or eBay and buy al their albums in one swoop, but until that day comes I just have no interest to hear these guys.

Great band, despite that tool, Lilker. And, "Survive" is their hands down best.

Saw them open for Savatage and Testament back in the day. I've never wanted to punch someone more than Lilker with his stupid tired act of burping into the mic between songs. Actually, just the sight of him makes me want to punch that skinny geek.

It isn't quite as good as I remember, but still some good riffs on this one, including some real head bobbers. That's what I always liked in my thrash metal, and why I liked these guys. May be a bit too crossover for some tastes.

The worst thing about this album is the cover .. very weak from a thrash metal perspective.

Not way it's an 95, it's a good thrash crossover record but not a masterpiece, and has olded worst than other thrash records of that age, it's solid but not outstanding. 75-80 imo.

I was not mocking ganeesh and he knows this. I was just pointing it out because it was slightly humorous to me at 7 am.
