I listened to the samples only and immediately hated the godawful and sooo uninspired screechy vocals. Not to mention that mallcorish song, where's metal in that?!

I suppose it would be much better with a vocalist who has some talent. Bobby, stick with Iced Earth! :)

hey, i heard that song, back to you . . . and it IT SUCKS ASS

just kidding . . . its kinda cool . . . the riff kinda sounds cliche but overall the song is gonna stay on my playlist . . . the singer is pretty good too . . . the solo is nice too . . . goodluck with ur band hope u get a full album soon . . . if u do, send me the mp3's!

the instrumental that opens this album is "the divine BIRTH of tragedy", not "the divine WINGS of tragedy", which is, of course, a classic symphony x album.

if you're not that much into extreme metal, the vocals DO take some getting used to, but it's worth it - the riffage on this release is STRONG.
