Eh. Most of it sounds like a Behemoth clone. There are some good tracks on here, but I'm not going to listen to this very much at all. Kinda disappointing considering.

Also, Blackened Thrash my ass.

Do you disagree that it's blackened, or that it's thrash? I wasn't trying to invent a new genre or anything, just noting that I heard bits of each.

I get the Behemoth comparison, but I think TWE pulls back just enough on the extreme-ness (though it's still brutal) to keep them out of the oversaturated blackened death field and end up with something somewhat more original.

I'd say it's more Death Metal than Black or Thrash. For me at least, the term Blackened Thrash usually evokes sounds of Destroyer 666 or Absu.

I might have to give it another spin, I just remember the first few songs being really dull and unoriginal and after that it got better.

Yeah, though I obviously enjoyed the whole thing, my favorite tracks were all in the latter half.

Behemoth? Really? It sounds like Zyklon to me, a little more organic and a lot more Thrash. Not bad at all.
