You DO realize that you're probably in the minority by not considering Motorhead a "metal band."

I only mentioned RATM for the sake of argument. I don't really consider them metal, either.

Bagpipes only work in certain keys and scales.

I like the E-Bow and guitars a lot better to create that tone.

I don't really care for instruments that have one tone to them that is unusually heavy in part of the frequency spectrum. You know, like how horns are very very heavy in the 1Khz.
