I can not stand them. My fucking brother likes them, drives me crazy just to hear him talk about them. I'll get into a conversation about what he recently purchased and he brings up 3 doors down. Ahhhh!

the 3 or 4 songs I heard from them I thought were very good. And the singer has a nice voice.

allright, here it goes:
i have 2 albums of 'em and ilike it as background music, it's typical commercial pop-rock from the US but this time, it's good commercial pop rock, their best album is without doubt better life.
PS: their singer looks like a serious retard though :?

I really dont like them, not because they suck per se(Although they are nothing speacial) but I hate the way Clear Channel and MTV pushes them. I guess the same could be said about a number of bands like that though. I just really cant stand Clear Channel.

Good rock band, nothing special. They just know how to write good top 40 alt-rock songs. One their first album, though, if you actually listen to the music there are some pretty heavy riffs on that CD! Listen to the song "Kryptonite," that's a heavy song if you take away the vocals. Great song either way!

Aside from "Loser", I think they really fucking suck. I'm almost embarrased to work for Budweiser because they have Bud Light sponsorship.

Mainly because of the lyrics. People like to take me to my emotional limit, to " push me off of life's little ledge". Especially my last girlfriend. It was quite an emotionally draining experience.

3 Doors Down is pretty awful. My old roommate was a huge fan. To me, each of their albums is like a recipe for contrived and shitty pop rock. Plus I hear that they're assholes, which may be the only good thing about them. :lol:
