I think that their is sound better with a cleaner production

I don't know if it's the production per se but Folie Circulaire was better. FC was easier to get into but even then this album when you really get into it lacks the punch that FC had. Still great. I love what they're doing and curse leukemia for ruining the possibility I had of them opening for Behemoth and Watain :sad:

Honestly, they've been declining gradually since Memento Mori but they still have a really original sound which I dig.

It's odd that you didn't mention From Shadows. The riff rips. I love how they mix standard doomy sludge riffs with the tremolo riffing of bm. You get this sick groove that you can bounce to which transitions into that dissonant riff which you can bob your head to.
