First order of business today was to buy myself a huge bottle of Guinness.

I know, I know, it's not as good as the stuff you get in Ireland, I'm totally and completely aware of that, so you don't need to tell me.

EDIT: Also, I went to go pick up Genevieve, but I found out that it was a different Velvet Cacoon album with almost the exact same cover, so w/e, I picked up KMFDM's Money for, like, $4.

Am now at a state of war with British Telecom. They've been trying to get me to pay for something they told me I didn't have to, so I only paid part of the bill whilst I was sorting it out. Now, they've cut my phone and internet off out of the blue. Fridge, steer well clear.

I've learned that by now. Unfortunately, in while finagling a way to get out of the 400 pound bill they'd planted us with I somehow ended up extending our contract another 6 months. I have, however, hooked us up with unlimited downloads and direct debit payment coming directly from a Scottish student bank account, which has an overdraft limit of £5000. We should be paying about £20 a month per person for this new deal, and if we manage to get that £600 a month flat for three people in September, we're fine and dandy.

Once the BT contract ends, however, I'm going with TalkTalk.

I am going to record my Demo Reel starting Monday now that the singing has been virtually perfected after years of dealing with my overdeveloped hearing and underdeveloped tactile sense that stems from ADHD and a another related condition. Everything is on Key now, on perfect pitch and the tone and technique is perfect. Still not sure of the setlist, I may do about 50 songs at about 30 seconds each just to avoid any legal hassles that might come about from overdubbing vocals onto recordings. I'm also going to record one of my originals since I have enough equipment to do a song like this that is just clean/dirty guitar and vocals.

Yeah, I already know Skrillex. Only reason why I bothered listening to that in the first place. Not the best stuff to just listen to, but a Skrillex concert would be so much fun. One of my goals is to go an electronic concert of some sort in the near future.
