Ok, I heard 'Litany of Regrets' first, and thought it was garbage. But then I heard this 'The Clearing' track which Charles recommended in his review, and I actually liked it. I guess I should hear the whole album before forming an opinion.

Nice review, Rio.

Personally, I think every track is amazing Litany of Regrets aside. However, the personal highlight for me is actually the closing 2 songs, much the same as Dimensional Bleedthrough actually. I'm surprised to see scores in the 80s as I would imagine Krallice is either something you obsess over or you just plain don't care for.

This album is probably their best written album. Litany is fucking annoying though.

 Krallice's target audience, right here.

I do intend to give this a proper listen, but heard a track and was bored, as with their other albums. If old Abigor isn't doing it for me at the moment, then this stuff certainly isn't.

I haven't really seen what this band is all about on their last release, and maybe I have more than one, but really I never go back to their material. Anything new here?

I'm probably wrong but I remember like 10 minute songs full of single note guitar melodies and nothing exciting.

They have 10 minute long songs and dronier parts but that's not how I'd describe their music.
