For the most part I agree 100%. This album however has about 15 minutes of really good stuff and only about 50 minutes of mindless wank. Not bad for Blopeth.

I'd first heard this monumental song in the "Crushing the Holy Trinity" compilation. The lyrics are awesome, really. This song is in my top 10 (all musical genres included), I listen to it regularly. There's a sick dissonant riff around the middle of the song, and then a very maidenesque melodic figure starts emerging from the chaos... it's magnificent beyond words.

Yeah I know, I'm a fanboy...

Gotta love the cover :dio:

It does indeed! One of the best damn Thrash albums ever released.
