In your face Death/Thrash with Zetro Souza, Gene Hoglan, Glen Halvelais and Byron Shroud.
The mastermind of this project is ex-SYL/Devin Townsend Jed Simon.

This album doesn't embody what diehard Anthrax & thrash fans would expect from a modern day Anthrax but I don't care. I love this album! Good solid memorable songs that have me hitting play on my iPod over and over again. :)

These guys finally got it right, a little overlong but the concept is really good. Great black metal.

Shitting on all death metal bands since the late eighties.

EDIT: Good album. Rush's cover sucks though.

Heavy Metal silliness. Quite entertaining on the first spin but I'm afraid its effect will wear off upon repeated listens. Still, worth a try.

The sound is crap but those looking for old-school (demonic) heavy metal can check it out.
I hope this Swedish band returns with a full length and a better production.

American youngsters sounding like they're brits from the 80s.

Great black metal played at a rapid tempo with a surprising amount of melody. It's funny because I hate their older material but this album shows that a few tweaks can really make a great album- Empire of suffering is an incredible song.

I agree with everything you said. I don't like much the other albums either, but Let the Devil In is delicious. Really tasty. It's a total riffest. Apart from Empire of Suffering, the other highlights in this album are Burning Voice of Adoration, Discovering the Enshrouded Eye and Sanguine Rituals. Punkish melodish Blackish Metal. Fun.

I've been telling people about these guys for the last couple years. Good stuff.

the old german fuckers have returned with a fun thrash album. cool riffs, cool solos, cool vox, good times had by all. Unless you like Opeth.

The vocalist for this album has a higher pitch than I imagined. I also had no idea they were from my homestate, great album really from an incredibly underrated band.
