Interesting article about weight lifting, although I think a lot of what he says can be applied to developing any kind of skill. It's a bit dramatic, but I liked it.

Read this in high school. A friend was convincing me to start lifting weights and I wasn't too into it until I read this article.

I need to get back into lifting over the break and get into a routine again.

I fell out of the habit of working out and stretching regularly this semester. Want to get back into that.

Do it over break. We need Tom or V to give us the scoop on what we need to do. I'm just not super in the protein shakes since I don't want mass, I just want toned muscle.
