Yeah it's quite brilliant. So is the Mercyful Fate cover.

It's dirty, violent and absolutely brilliant.

Dang they had it good in the 1980s. :dio:

I don't get it.

Too ploddy, repetitive and wierd for me though it does sound better than the previous couple.

Some interesting moments though. And the sound is cool - truely collosal.

I can see why people like it. Just not my cup of tea.

^^

That is fine. I'm one of the biggest fans of Meshuggah on the board and sometimes even I can't stand them.

Negura Bunget-Tesarul de Lumini (stevelovesmoonspell was clearly deaf)

Ah the glory days of 1995-2000 when this stuff was so fresh and exciting and I was still a young man.

Band is Fear of God.

Pretty much early 1990s mid-paced Thrash with a grunge elements, and a very tortured sounding female vocalist who'll add some wierd shrieks and moans.

I like it. It does remind me of my earliest music listening days and for some reason makes me want to watch the Crow.

I have to say girls knew how to rock in the early 1990s - anyone ever hear Babes In Toyland? They were more extreme in terms of tone and vibe than any cookie cutter Death Metal band of the time.

Groovey melodeath. Very good though it did take me a bit to get into it.

One of the very few decent Metal albums from Australia.

Australian metal mostly sucks donkey bollocks. It's probably cause the scene is full of retarded stoners who like joke metal ala Frankenbok or Bloodduster or teeny boppers who like crap ala Slipknot and Trivium.

It's why Destroyer 666 had to move overseas - the local retards didn't appreciate them.

Even after 25 years this is still one bad motherfucker of an album. Even modern bands ala Turbonegro can't get amount of sleaze that Axle and Co displayed on this album.
