I agree. I found this one last week in a used cd bin so I immediately snatched it up and listened to it on the way home in the car. The singer (who has one hell of a strong voice) reminds me of a young Ann Wilson. 'Shelter' is my favorite so far, the bluesy whaling guitar over the grinding rhythm kicks a bit of doomy ass but it's her singing during the last two and a half minutes that really blows me away.

Yep. She does have a very strong Ann Wilson thing going on.

Have you heard Demon Lung? They're another doom band with a female singer. Discovered them recently. Their EP is excellent!

Finally giving this a proper listen. Vocalist reminds me of the chick from Jucifer doing harsh vocals and the chick from Sirens of Titan when she does cleaner stuff. Prefer those two bands to this. The riffs don't do much for me.
