So, since then I read quite a bit of things - religious things. And well, no. Not for me, I just don't buy it, I can't. I'm still like in the middle of nowhere, but I guess I'm going to try and find my very own answers.

Yay.

Faith and god mean very little to me at the moment. They are abstract terms that I currently don't possess the attention nor patience to truly invest into.

Family, on the other hand, is everything. Nothing can possibly match the feeling of your child being born. Any holes or voids that might have been in your life before that moment suddenly become trivial next to the gift and responsibility of a child. It doesnt mean the end of you as a person, but it does mean the re-arranging of priorities, which ultimately I think makes you a better person.

At least that is how it has worked for me thus far. Maybe some day I will tackle the faith/god subject again, but not right now.
