I had to quit smoking cigarettes recently because I have high blood pressure but honestly smoking a cigarette after the first pack did nothing for me other than when I had been drinking a lot.

Am an ex-smoker, had one at a gig the other week and nearly started again. That was a bad moment, ugh.

I've never smoked myself. Can't stand the smell nor see I any reason to smoke at all. I'd also like to add that smoking makes women look so unattractive. Instant turn off.
