Fast as a Shark has not only one of the best intros ever, but the shriek at the beginning is absolutely haunting. Great, heavy and intense album, can't believe I've never heard of these guys before this album.

Not my fav' Accept (I'd go with either Balls to the Walls or Metal Heart with a tiny advantage to the latter thanks to the sweetest rockabilly track in heavy metal ever) but this one's pretty sweet too...

Their early albums sucked.

Balls to the Wall really needs to be reviewed. London Leatherboys is such a cool song.

Well, Breaker is a good album, not at the level of this one or Balls to the wall, but not bad at all.

The ones from the 70's were indeed awful.

I take it back. I mean they aren't awful, but they aren't even close to the stuff they did later on. Much like Priest, the old stuff wasn't their defining moment, but you could have done a lot worse.

Accept is a great band but they definitely have faded out since they first came out. I used to be a huge fan but I'm kinda over them now.

No way, I discovered this awesome album quite recently, and it's fucking awesome. Princess of the Dawn is killer.

Totally agree. "Balls To The Wall" and "Metal Heart" are so much more consistent and IMO, it's the two best albums the Accept discography has to offer. "Restless & Wild" has killers for sure (some of those mentioned here) but only a handful in my opinion...

And like some guys already said: "Balls To The Wall" seriously needs to be reviewed.

I like the first Accept album. There's some good rockin on there, and Udo ...kind of sang more on that one. Its very reminiscent of early scorpions as well. Take him in My Heart is one hell of a rockin heavy metal song. I like it better than Balls to the Wall or anything after Restless and Wild
