Witnessed the meltdown via cell phone riding shotgun from Oakland late last night.

He'll be back. I don't get it, he can be a decent contribution when he wants to. Bizarre.

That was a bridge burning of epic proportions. I'm not so sure he'll be back after that one ..

Just what I want to spend my spare time doing instead of writing or anything constructive, shovelling shit. Literally. And this after being ill yesterday and this morning. Not what I need.

It's greatly appreciated though. Idk, I have a general attachment to this site and I didn't really appreciate the spectacle Steve created. I am glad you took the time to delete the bollocks.

Thanks for continuing to shepherd us Zad. Sometimes it looks like a really shitty job, but somebody has to do it. I'm glad you are the one in charge around here.

A big thank you to the mighty Zadok from me, too. I, like others, have quite an attachment to this place. No matter how long I am away from it I always come back. The community is something rather special.

I also would like to apologize for me uncharacteristic responses to Steve. Sometimes you just have to act differently that one normally does. Sometimes diplomacy doesn't work. Especially with a character like Steve.

I dislike censorship, bannage, and all that, but last night was a mess. I know steve is reading this, and it's too bad, because he is quite knowledgeable in regards to the sites namesake, and could be a valuable contribution if he so desired.

I figure the fact that I'm on the other side of the world is a positive, I'm usually up and trawling the forum while you guys are asleep, and vice versa.

I prefer the hands off approach and don't really care too much about the shenanigans, though I'm sure it's a huge pain in the ass for Zad.

I'd be too quick to ban, not the type of person needed for such a job. Bar already writes here, he handled Steve well generally, and as he pointed out, he is on Aussie time.

I'll throw my hat in the mod ring, I can't make the cut for reviews since most of the year I just don't have the time for it but as a mod yeah I could do that, I'd be quick to move and delete threads and probably go for the old three strikes and you're banned rule
