This is not like the guy from Hurricane doing Foreigner...this is more like if Tobias Sammet did some Queen covers. Even if he's hitting the notes and everything , the tone is way way off.

Sounds like Geoff Tate to me, but I'm not musically trained so I can't really tell if it's in the right key or whatever :)

It's the closest to the original recordings I've ever heard live at least.

That would be my wish too. I think the latest one wasn't as good as it could have been because they were in a race to get something out quickly to compete with Geoff Tate's release. I eagerly await something new.
