Just acquired this today. I loved HU. Check out a track from this album and really liked it. I have not liked their two previous albums but this direction they have taken with the current albums has peacked my interest. My interest for this album peacked wherein Zad had commented on it in the "now playing thread." Cheers Zadok the mighty.

Loved first 3 albums by this band but honestly have not spent enough time on their last two albums to have any forumulative opinion. Having listened to a few cuts from this, it sounds like a winner here. Considering my love for progressive metal, this really seems like a great fit for my tastes overall & was happy to read that they do sorta revisit the songwriting/ heaviness of the first 3 albums

I still miss Christian =(

Also the two singer thing sort of annoys me. I wish they'd either go harsh or clean vocals. The whole trading off thing is so 2005 anymore.

Still going to check it out I'm sure the musicianship is top notch as always.

Really enjoyed this album. Just when I was about to give up on them, as until now they hadn't released anything that could quite hold a candle to Holographic Universe, as much as I liked the other post-Alvestam albums. The clean vocals have definitely improved since The Unseen Empire.
